Beneficiaries non-repayable incentives
- Grants for the development of artistic, traditional and typical productions

Grants for the development of artistic, traditional and typical productions
Recipients
– single or associated artisan enterprises in the artistic, traditional and typical sector;
– Consortia, temporary business associations (ATIs) and business networks formed between enterprises in the artistic, typical and traditional handicraft sector.
Eligible costs
Purchase of machinery, patents, and salvage of machinery and equipment that cannot be found on the market (equipment and machinery that cannot be found are those whose manufacture is prior to 1980) and expenses for the purchase and registration of patents. The minimum eligible expenditure is set at €10,000.00
Capital contribution equal to 40% of expenses deemed eligible up to a maximum of 20,000.00
*Expenditures for participation in trade fairs/markets referring only to the cost of purchasing space and setting up booths exclusively provided by the host trade fair organization (excluding *travel expenses, food, lodging, hostesses and purchase of advertising space);
*Expenditures for corporate advertising referring exclusively to the design of: brochures, leaflets, posters , posters, catalogs (printing and dissemination expenses are excluded);
*Expenditures for the creation of websites and their updating;
*Expenditures for projects related to electronic commerce;
*Expenditures for publicity in radio and television newspapers. The minimum eligible expenditure for interventions is set at €3,000.00 for individual companies and €.10,000.00 for Consortia, ATI, Business Network
Capital contribution to the extent of 40% of the expenses deemed eligible up to a maximum of € 10,000.00.

Expenditures of projects started on or after 01/01/2015 are eligible
Grants for the digitization of craft enterprises
Recipients
Craft enterprises, single or associated.
Eligible costs
* expenditures on expenses for the purchase of hardware, software and specialized consulting services strictly aimed at the digitization of business processes;
* expenses for the purchase of hardware, software, including specific software for business management;
* expenses related to online transactions and for network connection security systems, and specialized consulting services strictly aimed at the development of e-commerce solutions;
* expenditures as long as they are closely related to the areas of activity in the letters a), (b) (e) of service activation incurred on a one-time basis, with exclusive reference to the costs 24 of carrying out the infrastructure and technical works, such as supply works, laying, attestation, testing of cables, and the costs of equipping and installing the equipment necessary for broadband and ultra-wideband connectivity;
* the expenses related to the purchase and activation of decoders and dishes for connecting to the Internet using satellite technology;
* expenses for participation in courses and the acquisition of qualified training services, provided they pertain to training needs closely related to the business areas of e-commerce transactions, website management.

Grants for the establishment of new craft enterprises
Recipients
Craft enterprises, single or associated registered in the register of craft enterprises under Art. 28 of R.L. 20/2003 in the period from ’01/06/2015 to the date of expiration of the notice. In the event that the beneficiary enterprises would take the form of a continuation of firms already existing for the activity carried out, the takeover must be carried out by a new entrepreneur or a company characterized by a new structure of the corporate structure. Youth-led or predominantly female-led enterprise is defined as:
(a) women’s enterprise: – sole proprietorship whose owner is a woman; – partnership, cooperative or joint-stock company not less than 60 percent of whose shares are held by women and at least two-thirds of whose governing bodies are women as of the date of publication of the notice;
(b) Youth enterprise: , a sole proprietorship run exclusively by individuals under 35 years of age; a partnership, cooperative, or joint-stock company consisting of not Less than 60 percent of young people not more than 35 years of age; whose shares are owned by not less than 2/3 by young people and whose governing bodies consist of not less than 2/3 by young people.
Eligible costs
. Notary fees and costs related to business establishment;
. Purchase of capital goods-machinery equipment-new furniture; the minimum unit amount of these expenses must be at least 500 euros;
. general facilities for a maximum amount of 30% of the total eligible investment;
– Purchase and development of hardware, management software, inherent in the business of the enterprise;
. Registration and development of trademarks and patents and related expenses for expert advice;
. Advertising expenses and for the production of promotional materials;
– Expenses for the implementation of the enterprise site,
– Market research related to industry analysis and potential market segments;
– consulting and specialized services areas: marketing; logistics; production; personnel, organization and information systems; economic-financial; contracting;
– Acquisition of mentoring services having the purpose of supporting the entrepreneur in management in the first 3 years of activity for a maximum cost of €.1,000.00.
