Confindustria Benevento renews its online image with a new portal full of online applications, which have transformed a showcase site into a service portal.

The enterprise portal and the tools used

The portal, Rete Confindustria, was born out of the need to transform the website into the main communication and service channel, to approach and involve member companies through various tools.

“The new portal,” explains Filippo Liverini, president of Confindustria Benevento, “is designed to expand the range of services offered to member companies and beyond. There are two main services that are now online. These are the Job Market and the Business Matching. The First enables matching between labor supply and demand, the second between supply and demand for services and products. The site therefore becomes dynamic and allows a dialogue between two interfaces. The services in the initial phase will also be targeted at non-member companies with the aim of using them as marketing leverage. Finally, the website makes it absolutely transparent to know which companies are registered with Confindustria Benevento and what they produce in order to nurture networking and business among the companies in the system.”

Creative and technological development was entrusted to Neikos, which supported the association in designing the tools and subsequent development. “The new Confindustria portal,” says Fabrizio Ianniello of Neikos, “is a web system that offers member companies both information and services through simple and intuitive interfaces. The site and all the information it contains are managed by the confindustria team through a CMS software designed and tailored to the organization.”

After a thorough analysis , the new institutional website and attached business portal, called Confindustria Network, is born.
Neikos Web Agency, used the WordPress platform for both of them, trying to customize it, so as to meet all the needs of the client.
The institutional website has been completely redesigned in graphics and is more streamlined, effective and intuitive, aimed at smart and mobile communication.
It describes all specialized services in detail and is equipped with a push notification system to allow users a quick and timely update on published news.

JOB Market is a B2C (Business to consumer)platform in which companies can upload, anonymously, the professional figures required, indicating their contract type (internship, fixed-term contract, open-ended contract, apprenticeship) the basic skills required (e.g., knowledge of languages, diploma, degree, skills, etc.).
These applications will be visible (anonymously) to users who can apply by sending their resumes and entering their profiles into the database. The matching role will be provided by our offices. With this tool we will have a way to structure in a more accessible way a service, which is already currently active, given the intermediary role played by Unindustria Services.

Business Matching is a B2B (Business to Business) platform that has a dual function. Consult the database containing companies registered in Confindustria Benevento, in order to enable mutual acquaintance among companies. Enter supply and demand for services and products.

Each company will have the opportunity to upload its own request or bid.
Again, the matching work will be provided by our offices that will create the link between supply and demand.
