Financing for businesses in the Marche region
MARCHE REGION ANNOUNCEMENT
In order to support SMEs (and networks and ATIs of SMEs) of the Housing System and Fashion System in the processes of Internationalization and Innovation, the Marche Region has allocated the sum of € 5,674,206.14 (€ 2,837,103.07 for each sector). SMEs must respectively belong to sub-sectors:
1. Living System (wood and wood products industry, furniture manufacturing, glass and glass products manufacturing, marble objects manufacturing, straw and weaving materials manufacturing)
2. Fashion System : (textiles, clothing, leather and footwear, clothing accessories, hat and cap making, knitwear)
Projects should integrate innovation interventions that have a positive impact on the growth and development of products or production lines to meet increasingly demanding and customized demand from foreign markets (design, eco design, aesthetic ideation, design and prototyping, custom manufacturing…) and internationalization interventionsof innovative products or processes aimed at strengthening and consolidating the presence of enterprises in the Marche region in the foreign market (the value-added services in support of promo-marketing on and for foreign markets and services preparatory to the creation of distribution networks …).
The projects cannot be less than €40,000.00 and more than €200,000.00 for individual enterprises; the minimum limit of the eligible investment is €100,000.00 and the maximum limit is €350,000.00 for aggregated enterprises.
Eligible expenses include:
A) Expenses for consulting and equivalent services for product and process innovation (including TEM and Innovation Mnager)
B) Expenditures for specialist employees on staff (to the maximum extent of 20%)
C) Expenditure on the acquisition of instrumentation and equipment for the development of depreciable information systems
D) Expenses for materials, supplies and similar products related to the project
E) Expenses related to industrial property rights, as well as expenses for the acquisition of voluntary certifications, trademarks and quality standards;
F) Expenses for the acquisition of services related to the creation of exhibition space and participation in international promotional events and initiatives held both in Italy and abroad, including in conjunction with major international trade fairs or events;
G) Expenses related to promoting and supporting internationalization in target markets.
The grant, under State Aid Scheme or, at the proponent’s option, under de minimis aid scheme, amounts to 50% of the costs (except B.S. in the 1st Scheme 20\10%)
The application to participate in the call must be submitted on the SIGEF computer system starting at 10:00 a.m. on January 20, 2020 and by March 10, 2020 1:00 p.m.
