The company website and services offered
The client turned to Neikos Digital Agency to give its corporate site a major change of register from an outdated and dysfunctional style, thus accompanying the change of name with a decisive graphic evolution.
For Arber®, Neikos Web Agency used an open source platform, developing custom modules that were useful for the transition from an entirely static site to a dynamic, fully client-managed solution.
The client’s need was also to be able to manage almost all of the site’s content independently:
- articles (news and events);
- Institutional and product pages;
- images in the slider sections of the site;
- newsletters. The management and editing of newsletters is interesting. Using the form on the site, users can sign up and receive news about products, services and events.
A simple administration interface makes it easy to manage the updating of content in the three languages on the site: Italian, English and Spanish.
In addition to highlighting the entire product catalog, the client wanted to emphasize its services: technical assistance horticultural-floricultural companies, the section dedicated to the online shop (B2B shop online), the customer area, and the administration panel dedicated to the agent area.

For Sudest Europe, starting with the potential that is distinctive of an open source software, Neikos Digital Agency developed ad hoc functions, interactions and add-on modules such that the entire B2B platform is adjusted according to the company’s own needs and workflows.
The client’s need was to transfer the entire process of customer and sales management, merchandise procurement, and warehouse management from multiple offline management systems to a single Web platform.
With the one web platform, customers, agents, carriers, administrative and logistics workers would be able to carry out any purchasing or management activity remotely at any time.
A solution that has resulted in substantial time savings in both administrative procedures and the goal of finalizing all online sales.
The resulting reduction in operating costs was a tangible result in the immediate term.
A result that portends significant signs in the medium term when thinking in terms of return on investment.

Agents who have access to the platform to manage their orders and customer portfolios can view and print the entire price list (or just specific categories) at any time based on their area of responsibility.
Thanks to the development of ad hoc features and modules, Arber’s ecommerce platform is also capable of handling work processes and interactions that fall outside the usual standards that are characteristic of this type of management software.
Neikos has developed and integrated a number of functions so as to adapt the entire shipping process to the needs of the company.
This is the management of cargo loading zones, whose warehouses are located in Italy but also in some European countries, and which affect the composition of transport loads, pricing and the filling of orders themselves.
Also of no small importance in this scenario is the location of customers, some of them world-wide.
To support the customer care section , Neikos Web Agency has thought of another customization.
Each customer in their own restricted area can:
- Edit and update account (manage address book, manage newsletter subscriptions, account info, orders)
- check the “Communication and Support”area .
In this section, the customer can make direct contact with the company and especially with their agent.
