Abbinamento cibo vino guides you in a simple way to identify the right wine to pair with a dish. Or vice versa: write down the name of a wine and find out the best dishes to pair them with.
Search forms by Food or Wine DOC/DOCG are available within the “Abbinamento cibo vino” application.
To search from the dish, simply start typing the first few letters and you will see a list of results. You can then select the desired dish and read the recommended pairings.
The recommended pairings screen, shows a quick suggestion on pairing and a list of the most suitable wines for pairing with key characteristics. Similarly, you can search starting with a wine: you will get a list of suggested dishes.
It is also possible to view a detailed sheet for DOC and DOCG.
