Ales – Arte Lavoro e Servizi S.p.A. is the in-house company of the MIC Ministry of Culture – which holds 100 percent of its shares – engaged in activities to support the preservation and enhancement of cultural heritage and in activities to support the technical – administrative offices of the Sole Shareholder.
Neikos, after the realization of the institutional website of Ales S.p.A. that presents Italian cultural heritage protection services online , was commissioned to design and develop a platform for the publication of calls for proposals and the related online selection of personnel.

Ales spa’s online recruitment software platform
In jargon E-recruitment i.e., the process of candidate selection, aimed at recruitment, implemented through online services.
The recruitment software was designed and developed by Neikos for the Ales S.p.A. a subsidiary company of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.The web application is a “full custom” solution, i.e., designed and developed on the basis of the client’s specific needs. The software, in fact, enables the performance of personnel selection activities via the Web, through the creation and publication of calls for selection, with specific job profiles and requirements. It also allows the registration and validation process for applicants, and finally offers screening tools for applications received. All via the Web, in a smart, fast and secure way.
Administrators and operators of the platform, can publish and schedule calls for selection, manage users, and manage one or more modules on the web application, depending on the role assigned.
Recruitment software, allows for the creation and management of recruitment calls through a web app dedicated to creating and customizing profiles, managing users and publishing content dedicated to public communication.
Candidate/user management. These can access staff selections after registering and logging in, which enables them to complete the application for selection. Through their private area, the candidate, can start filling out the application, save drafts, read communications about the selections they are participating in. See the outcome of the selections.

The corrective maintenance service is therefore aimed at fixing defects in source code, format specifications, and user interfaces.

A CMS (content management system) useful for publishing content with differentiated levels of visibility has also been integrated. The web app is based on Laravel, an open source framework written in php, Elasticsearch to date one of the most widely used search servers, and React a JavaScript library for creating user interfaces.
