The White Truffle Festival, is an event modeled after the Alba International White Truffle Fair that takes place in the U.S. and involves America’s most renowned restaurants.
It is organized by Urbani Truffle, the world’s leading truffle marketer, and Prunotto of the Antinori Group, among the world’s most emblazoned wine brands.
It is a festival that is now in its third year and this year takes place from November 9 to 18 simultaneously in New York, San Francisco, Miami, Las Vegas and Washington DC.
During the festival, the more than 200 chefs and restaurants will offer White Truffle-based creations and Piedmontese wine tastings to a select clientele.

Solution

To support and promote the event online, we were commissioned to create the website whitetrufflefestival.com, which activates a real-time focus on the event by informing followers how to participate.
From a creative point of view, great space is given to images, bold colors, immediate content and a pleasant user experience, intended for an audience of fans of all ages.
The White Truffle Festival website lists and locates all the restaurants involved allowing customers to search by location and by city.
At each restaurant, it is possible to reserve a place for the event by connecting with OpenTable and find the route to the location using the Google map API.
From collaboration with media partners such as Fine Cooking and Wine Enthusiast and promotion on social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, and Eater, the event is poised to be one of the most anticipated on U.S. soil in the food and wine arena.
