{"id":17741,"date":"2022-04-07T08:56:06","date_gmt":"2022-04-07T06:56:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/neikos.it\/2022\/04\/07\/funding-for-e-commerce-development-of-smes\/"},"modified":"2023-11-09T16:53:28","modified_gmt":"2023-11-09T15:53:28","slug":"funding-for-e-commerce-development-of-smes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/neikos.it\/en\/2022\/04\/07\/funding-for-e-commerce-development-of-smes\/","title":{"rendered":"Funding for e-commerce development of SMEs"},"content":{"rendered":"&#13;\n<p>SIMEST, the Cassa Depositi e Prestiti Group company, which has been supporting the growth of Italian companies through the internationalization of their business since 1991, has activated <strong>Facilitated Financing and extraordinary measures for Italian SMEs<\/strong>.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Thanks to<strong>European Union resources-NextGenerationEU-under<\/strong> the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), funding lines have in fact been activated to support the internationalization processes and digital and ecological transition of Italian SMEs.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Specifically, one of the instruments funded with NRP resources is the &#8220;<strong>Development of SME e-commerce in foreign countries (e-commerce)<\/strong>&#8220;<\/p>&#13;\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 22px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n&#13;\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What is funded<\/strong><\/h4>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p><strong>Creation and development of an IT platform or the use of a market place<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">&#13;\n<li>platform creation, acquisition and configuration<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li>hardware and software components<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li>Software component extensions to expand functionality (e.g., order management software, payment circuits, cloud services, integrations with ERP, CRM, AI, and augmented reality)<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li>app creation and configuration<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li>start-up costs of using a market place.<\/li>&#13;\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 22px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n&#13;\n<p><strong>Investment for the platform or market place<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">&#13;\n<li>platform domain hosting fees<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li>fee for using the platform or a market place<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li>Expenses for investment in data and platform security<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li>addition of content and graphic solutions<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li>Expenses for the development of platform access monitoring<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li>Expenses for the development of navigation data analysis and tracking<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li>Consulting services aimed at developing and\/or modifying the platform<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li>registration, approval and trademark protection<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li>Expenses for international product certifications.<\/li>&#13;\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 22px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n&#13;\n<p><strong>Promotional expenses and training related to the project<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">&#13;\n<li>expenses for indexing the platform or market place<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li>web marketing expenses<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li>communication expenses<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li>Training of internal staff assigned to manage\/operate the platform<\/li>&#13;\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 22px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n&#13;\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How the funding is structured<\/strong><\/h4>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>This is a de minimis low-interest Loan with co-funding under Temporary Framework* intended for the implementation of a digital investment project for the creation or improvement of a  <strong>e-commerce platform<\/strong>  owned (dedicated) or access to a third-party platform (market place) for the marketing of goods or services produced in Italy or under the Italian brand name.<\/p>&#13;\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 22px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n&#13;\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How much is funded<\/strong> <\/h4>&#13;\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">&#13;\n<li>For an own platform: up to \u20ac300,000 and in any case not more than 15 percent of the average revenues resulting from the last two approved financial statements filed by the company<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li>For a third-party platform: up to \u20ac200,000 and in any case not more than 15 percent of the average revenues resulting from the last two approved financial statements filed by the company<\/li>&#13;\n<\/ul>\r\n&#13;\n<p>Minimum amount of \u20ac 10,000<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Maximum grant share: up to 40 percent for SMEs in the South (i), up to 25 percent for the remaining SMEs.
