{"id":17760,"date":"2014-10-21T16:29:25","date_gmt":"2014-10-21T14:29:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/neikos.it\/2014\/10\/21\/which-browsers-and-socials-are-most-commonly-used\/"},"modified":"2023-11-09T17:01:22","modified_gmt":"2023-11-09T16:01:22","slug":"which-browsers-and-socials-are-most-commonly-used","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/neikos.it\/en\/2014\/10\/21\/which-browsers-and-socials-are-most-commonly-used\/","title":{"rendered":"Which browsers and socials are most commonly used?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, which are the <strong>most popular browsers used<\/strong> by users?<\/p>\n<p>Below is a graph created by <strong> StatCounter<\/strong> analyzing the period from September 2013 to September 2014, on browsers used by all devices (pc, tablet, mobile).<br \/>\n<em>Chrome<\/em> on the rise, perhaps due in part to the fact that it is installed as the default browser in many devices.<br \/>\nFollowed by <em>Internet Explorer<\/em>, which continues with its slow decline.<br \/>\nAlso on the podium is<em> Firefox<\/em>, Mozzilla&#8217;s fast and handy browser, which seems to be stealing Ie&#8217;s place soon.<\/p>\n<h3>Browsers in the world<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1566\" src=\"https:\/\/neikos.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/mondo.jpg\" alt=\"world\" width=\"854\" height=\"500\"><\/p>\n<h3>Browser in Italy<\/h3>\n<p>Let us analyze in the same period the Italian scenario.<\/p>\n<p>Aside from the undisputed <em>Chrome<\/em>, the landscape is more eventful: with a head-to-head &#8220;duel&#8221; between <em>Internet Explorer<\/em> and <em>Firefox<\/em>, hounded by the mobile browsers of <em>Android<\/em> and <em>Iphone<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1565\" src=\"https:\/\/neikos.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/italy.jpg\" alt=\"italy\" width=\"854\" height=\"500\"><\/p>\n<h3>Social networks: diffusion in the world<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1568\" src=\"https:\/\/neikos.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/social-mondo.jpg\" alt=\"social world\" width=\"774\" height=\"500\"><\/p>\n<p><em>Facebook<\/em> reigns supreme. Following, but with a nice gap, are <em>Pinterest<\/em> and <em>Twitter<\/em>, which are much loved by foreigners.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Social networks: diffusion in Italy<\/h4>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1567\" src=\"https:\/\/neikos.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/social-italia.jpg\" alt=\"social italia\" width=\"854\" height=\"500\"><\/p>\n<p>In fact, if we compare the graph showing the prevalence of social media in the world, with the data from the Belpaese, we find that  <strong>talk about social networking in Italy<\/strong>  is equivalent to talking almost solely about  <em>Facebook<\/em>, undisputed king of sharing thoughts, words, works and opinions, for the Internet people, both from fixed and mobile PCs, in our home.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter.
