New Website for a hotel facility
Residence America is a 3-star facility that directly overlooks the sea in Senigallia, on the fine sandy beach known as the Velvet Beach. Born from a renovation completed in July 2013, it has 12 two-room apartments facing the sea.
The request was to make the logo, graphic coordination, and website. To devise and develop a web marketing plan that could soon position the facility on search engines and make it immediately operational.
Solution
The structure of the website
A logo was designed and made a photo shoot and the website was made with WordPress platform that would highlight the description of the apartments for tourist use with related information and photos of the accommodation. Calendar and price list, included services and supplements, as well as information about the location and its possible attractions to cater to any type of end user.
In addition to the basic accommodation and location descriptions and information, we have enabled the user to book directly through a user-friendly reservation/information request system.
SEO Search Engine Positioning
Neikos’ work has not neglected the positioning of the site on search engines. Started in November 2013 and still continuing today, it was aimed at increasing the volume of site traffic generated by the engines themselves. To constantly monitor visits and user behavior and improve the user experience, web analytics activities have been initiated through specific tools.
SEM online advertising
With regard to SEM, Neikos has adopted for the client a Google advertising campaign. The purpose is to create and monitor specific keywords And traceable to the category of interest.
The Google ad campaign is still active and has generated more than 5,000 visitors and has been geolocated based on where users are coming from.
