Urbani Truffles approached Neikos Digital Agency to create an ecommerce platform for selling truffles.
Urbani Truffles Corporation is the American company that imports and distributes Urbani Truffles products in the North American market.
The company is a world leader in marketing the precious tuber.
In fact, his motto is “All over the world, the word for truffles is Urbani.”
A real commercial success in the US for this all-Italian initiative.
This is the second release that Neikos Web Agency has made for Urbani.
The version, released in October 2012, has several new features from a stylistic and functional point of view.

In general, the work done for Urbani was as follows:
- E-commerce platform upgrade;
- Adoption of a visual redesign of the site, aligning it with the corporate communication of the parent company;
- Adoption of incentive tools (couponing, quantity discounts and gift cards);

We designed and implemented a new web area dedicated to the entire product range.
To adapt the business model to U.S. operating standards, Neikos Digital Agency used the Magento e-commerce platform, customizing:

- online payments.
The online catalog covers the whole range of truffle-related products.
Each tab presents in detail the technical characteristics, ingredients, price and desired quantity.
The user is also directed to choose other products that may be useful when making the desired purchase.

The work, which began in April 2009, still continues today and includes all those activities aimed at increasing the volume of traffic the website receives from search engines.
Organic, or natural, positioning achieved through SEO is the most effective web marketing tool geared toward established and stable results over time.
The increase invisits and conversions to customers has been growing steadily since 2011.
In 2013 it served over 70 thousand visitors from Google (over 60%). Visitors doubled from the previous year and quadrupled from 2011.
